Before campers attend Camp TSR, it is required that all parents/guardians thoroughly read and understand the information in this packet.
Camp TSR Information Packet 2023
Medical forms MUST be submitted to Camp TSR a minimum of SEVEN DAYS before the camper attends camp. Any camper without medical forms on file will not be permitted to attend, and will be immediately sent home. Physical forms from a pediatrician (within 12 months) are acceptable. All forms must be submitted via email to info@taconicracquet.com
