Tennis Specialty Option:
- Adds an extra 7.5 hours per week of group tennis instruction
- If your camper has an interest in tennis, choose the TENNIS SPECIALTY option. Campers will spend extra time (1.5 hours per day, 7.5 hours per week) focused on building tennis skills. This tennis specialty time will be integrated into their normal camp day.
- Entry level players will be taught the tennis essentials including how to serve, rally and score. For more advanced players, they will focus on technique, tactics and point play.
- Tennis Specialty is only offered for Full Day Campers.
- Full Day Camp with Tennis Specialty is $415.
- Full Day Camp without Tennis Specialty is $315.
Tennis Private Lesson:
- A one hour private tennis lesson with a Staff Tennis Professional will be scheduled within the week your camper attends Camp TSR within the camp day. The price is $70 for a one hour private lesson. This discounted rate is ONLY available to enrolled campers.
- Parents can choose one or more private lessons for their camper, with a maximum of five per week (only one lesson will be scheduled per day).
- Lesson scheduling is at the discretion of Camp TSR Management and will be dependent on Tennis Professional availability, court availability, and other factors. Parents and campers do not have the option to choose the day/time/or Tennis Professional.
Hitting Session with a Tennis Apprentice:
- Taconic Sport & Racquet has a Team of Tennis Apprentice Staff (age 15-19) that is highly skilled and loves the sport! This option will offer less instruction, with more focus on fun, hitting, and practice. The price is $40 for a one hour Hitting Session with a Tennis Apprentice.
- Parents can choose one or more hitting sessions for their camper, with a maximum of three per week (only one session will be scheduled per day).
- Session scheduling is at the discretion of Camp TSR Management and will be dependent on apprentice staff availability, court availability, and other factors. Parents and campers do not have the option to choose the day/time/or apprentice staff.
Pickleball Private Lesson:
- A one hour private pickleball lesson with a Pickleball Professional will be scheduled within the week your camper attends Camp TSR within the camp day. The price is $60 for a one hour private lesson. This discounted rate is ONLY available to enrolled campers.
- Parents can choose one or more private lessons for their camper, with a maximum of two per week (only one lesson will be scheduled per day).
- Lesson scheduling is at the discretion of Camp TSR Management and will be dependent on Pickleball Professional availability, court availability, and other factors. Parents and campers do not have the option to choose the day/time/or Pickleball Professional.
Early Drop-Off & Late Pick-Up:
- Early Drop-Off ($15 per camper per day): 7:00am – 9:00am
- Late Pick-Up ($15 per camper per day): 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Swim Lessons by Hudson Valley Swim:
- Available for half day and full day campers
- Parent must contact Hudson Valley Swim directly for rates and to schedule lessons. Taconic Sport & Racquet does not coordinate this service nor can we offer details regarding pricing for swim lessons. 845-226-3456
